My Story

I am Corné Lamprecht, an adventurous creative force from South Africa. My childhood was nothing short of extraordinary, filled with travels to various places and encounters with people who adored and spoiled me during my formative years. I spent ample time immersed in nature with my parents and later, with my little brother.

Navigating through school, I excelled and eventually graduated from University with a B.Comm (Financial Management) degree. I embraced independence, acquiring my own house and car, and delving into the corporate world for twenty-three years. However, the constant exposure to this environment unveiled the ease with which one could give in to burnout, depression, and a work/life imbalance.

Upon facing unemployment and struggling to secure another job, the shadows of depression loomed large. It was my loving husband who planted the seed of possibility: “Maybe you are meant for more.” A newfound world unfolded before me, and with my adventurous spirit and open mind, I experimented and explored.

Reclaiming my excitement for life through healthy routines, I now live a happy and purposeful life. My own journey, research, and efforts have evolved into a mission to help others achieve the same. Today, I am proud to share my experiences with the world. The key to my success lies in implementing the lessons I learn and living the experience before passing it on to others.
