Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, please contact our customer support team with images of the damaged item for assistance.
b. Digital Products (E-books, Online Courses, etc.): Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for e-books, online courses, or any other downloadable content. a. Individual Coaching Sessions: If you have purchased an individual coaching session with Corné Lamprecht, you may request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis within this time frame.
b. Coaching Packages: For coaching packages that include multiple sessions, you may request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date, provided that you have not used more than one coaching session. If you have utilized more than one session, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused sessions.
3. Returns for Physical Products:
If you are eligible for a refund for a physical product, kindly follow these steps to initiate the return process:
