Terms and Conditions for Corné Lamprecht

(Author and Creative Wellness Coach):

Welcome to Corné Lamprecht’s Holistic Wellness Coaching Services and Authorship. By engaging in any coaching services or purchasing any books, programs, or materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Services:

a. The coaching sessions provided by Corné Lamprecht are designed to offer holistic wellness guidance, motivation, and support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

b. As a client, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and will not hold Corné Lamprecht liable for any decisions you make based on the coaching sessions.

2. Confidentiality:

a. Corné Lamprecht is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law.

3. Authorship and Intellectual Property:

a. All materials, including books, e-books, articles, blog posts, programs, and any other intellectual property created by Corné Lamprecht are protected by copyright laws.

b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any of Corné Lamprecht’s intellectual property without explicit written permission.

4. Payment and Refunds:

a. Payment for coaching services or purchases of books and programs must be made according to the agreed-upon terms.

b. Refunds for coaching services will be granted according to the cancellation policy provided by Corné Lamprecht at the beginning of the engagement.

c. Refunds for books or other materials will be provided only in the case of a defective product.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. For coaching sessions, if you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that session.

b. Corné Lamprecht reserves the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions in the event of an emergency. In such cases, a new session will be arranged.

6. Limitation of Liability:

a. Corné Lamprecht is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the coaching services or materials.

7. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the coaching services or authorship arrangement at any time for any reason. Any outstanding payments will be due at the time of termination.

8. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
